The zesty citrus notes are enhanced with the warming presence of star anise with subtle flavours of cinnamon following behind. The classic London Dry Gin is evident initially on the palate followed by a warming spicy explosion to finish.

To enhance the zesty citrus notes add a good quality tonic water and a couple of slithers of red jalapenos.
